This is our most common question but the answer is more complicated. Since we do a lot of custom work for our customers, the design phase and production phase can vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We work diligently to get you your project quickly without sacrificing the quality that we hold ourselves to.

Absolutely! We create custom wooden plaques and products to all branches of the military, first responders, and civilian markets. We have created custom military plaques for Marine Corps, Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Forces personnel to help them commemorate and memorialize their time in uniform.

We work hard to provide the cheapest shipping costs that we can. We ship with all logistics companies, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. To save our customers money, we use the lowest shipping quote for your project that can guarantee your shipment arrives on time.

We can accept your logo via email or the "Contact Us" link on our website. If emailing your logo AFTER you have completed your purchase, please reference your order number in the subject of the email or "Contact Us" form.

For custom projects, our digital artist will send a digital proof of your custom project prior to production. For any project that does not utilize custom logos, to include the brass write-up plates, your order will go into production without a digital proof.

YES! We ship our projects with all major logistics companies. We do not ship overseas unless the mailing address is for a APO/FPO address. When purchasing from an overseas location, please contact us prior to get the best shipping option.
