We strive to get your products out in 5-7 business days and offer a variety of shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, while priority shipping takes 3-4 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are not included in the price of your product, but you can estimate shipping costs at checkout.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for plaques are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Plaques must be unused and in the same condition as when received in order to receive a refund. Personalized plaques are not eligible for return or refund. All return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
